It rests on a small marble block with a hole in it, which rests on a black base, feels like acrylic, that has a center that you can rotate. He hand itself measures approximately 7 + 1/2 inches tall without the base by 4 + 1/2 inches wide. Condition - Age appropriate, see all photos for assessment.
