Fenton 1999 Heirloom Collection Gold Overlay Feather Vase hand painted with English Victorian Tudor Rose pattern created by Martha Reynolds. No chips, cracks, or repairs. THIS VASE IS MARKED AS A SECOND. I don't see anything that stands out as to why it would have been classified that way but there is a stamped'F' on the bottom of the vase underneath the artist's signature.
