Leticia Tarrago Elefante Nocturno Etching Hand Signed Mexican Artist

  

Born in Orizaba, Veracruz, Ms. Tarrago studied at La Esmeraida in Mexico City, where at the age of fourteen she won first prize in the annual student competition staged by the National Institute of Fine Arts. Her work has appeared through out the Americas and is now in several permanent collections in Europe and the United States. "Elefante Nocturno" (from the 70's).
