Bold orange hand-blown vase artist signed (difficult to read), the best I could discern were K. Haroot Unica 1974 or K.

The decor is a pulled feather in turquoise/teal with varying shades of color. The design encircles the vase thoroughly. The bottom has a pontil scar with an orange rubber/plastic plug or tag. Measurements are 7 1/2" Tall x 3" Top Diameter x 2 1/2 Bottom Diameter and weighs 1 LB 8 OZ unpacked.
